Audiences Unlimited, Inc. operates a Free TV Ticket Booth in the Entertainment center. Guests visiting Universal Studios Hollywood are encouraged to stop by our booth where our representatives offer a variety of FREE TV TICKETS, usually for shows filming that day or the next.
If you plan on visiting Universal, or will be in the area, and would like to arrange FREE tickets and FREE bus transportation from Universal to the studio where selected shows are filmed, please call for reservations if show information is posted below!
We do not offer transportation and/or tickets at Universal Studios for all of the shows that we represent. Most of these shows offered will be filmed at nearby studios, less than 10 miles from Universal. The selection of available shows is subject to change at any time, so please watch this page for updated schedule information.

Audience shuttle reservations are not currently available online. To arrange show tickets and request seats on the shuttle, please visit our TV Ticket Booth on show day if you are visiting Universal Studios or reserve tickets in advance by calling our Ticket Booth at Universal Studios Hollywood - 9:30AM to 6:00PM.

If you will be visiting Universal Studios on the day of the show, please be sure to plan your day carefully as filmings may last 2-3 hours or more and we do not want you to miss any of the attractions at Universal. When you call for tickets, you will be provided with check-in information as well as shuttle departure and approximate return times. If you call to request seats on our shuttles from Universal Studios, please do not also order tickets for the same show on tvtickets.com.
Purchase of a Universal Studios admission ticket is required to visit the Entertainment center and Studio Tour; however, it is not necessary to purchase admission tickets to Universal to take advantage of our FREE TV TICKETS and SHUTTLE SERVICE. If you choose to park in one of the Universal parking lots, you will be responsible for the parking fee as we do not validate. These busses are not provided by, operated by, or affiliated with Universal Studios Hollywood.
All show and ticket information is subject to change. Shuttles may be overbooked to compensate for no-shows so we suggest that you check in early. Selection of shows with bus transportation and ticket availability is subject to change at any time. Minimum age restrictions for studio admission apply and underage guests will not be permitted to board the shuttles. Bags, backpacks, radios, cameras, cellphones, pagers, beepers and recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the studios. Metal detectors will be in use at all entrances and all purses, persons and vehicles on studio property are subject to search. Guests 16 and over at all shows must be prepared to show a PHOTO ID (driver's license, state ID, school ID or passport) at check-in
